Viewing Audit Reports

1. Go to Monitor → Audit Reports.
2. Review KPI cards: Total Reports, Flagged Reports, Flagged Conversations.
3. In the Reports panel, browse one row per conversation.
4. Expand a row to see workflow-level audit details.
5. Open View detail for a full analysis.
