Can I Rename the Bot Later?

Yes.

You can update the bot name at any time after creation.

To rename a bot:

1. Navigate to Bots from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select the AI Assistant you want to edit.
3. Update the Bot Name.
4. Save your changes.

Renaming a bot does not affect its Knowledge Base, connected channels, or workflows.
