Configuration

After connecting:

• Keep the correct bot selected on the channel row.
• Use Actions → Manage templates to open the WhatsApp templates area for that channel (`/plugins/whatsapp/{channelId}/templates`).
• Use Reconnect if Meta credentials change or the link drops.

Platform App ID, Config ID, and secrets are managed in the WhatsApp plugin configuration by administrators — they are not entered in the Channels create form.
