Choose a Training Source

TheBotBuilder provides three different ways to train your AI Assistant.

Option 1: Entire Website

Choose Entire Website if you want TheBotBuilder to automatically crawl and index all publicly accessible pages on your website.

Steps

  1. Select Entire Website.
  2. Enter your website domain.

Example:

example.com

Do not include:

  1. https://
  2. http://
  3. Individual page URLs

Correct:

example.com

Incorrect:

https://example.com

Incorrect:

example.com/pricing

After indexing, TheBotBuilder will automatically discover public pages and add them to your Knowledge Base.

Option 2: Selected Pages Only

If you only want specific pages included in your Knowledge Base:

  1. Select Selected Pages Only.
  2. Add the individual page URLs you want to train.

This option is ideal when you only want to include pages such as:

  1. FAQ
  2. Pricing
  3. Products
  4. Help Center
  5. Documentation
Option 3: File Upload

You can also train your AI Assistant using business documents.

Supported documents may include:

  1. PDF files
  2. Word documents
  3. Company policies
  4. Product manuals
  5. User guides
  6. Training documents
  7. Internal documentation

Simply upload the files you want your AI Assistant to learn from.
