Granting Microsoft Permissions

Administrators should ensure:

• The Teams plugin App ID and secret are configured for your environment.
• The Azure AD tenant allows the required app permissions / admin consent.
• The Tenant ID you enter matches the tenant where Teams users will chat.

End users on the Channels page only supply Tenant ID during Connect; they do not paste client secrets in that modal.
