The final step in creating your AI Assistant is selecting its primary purpose.

TheBotBuilder provides three predefined assistant types, each with optimized response instructions for a specific use case. When you select an assistant type, the platform automatically populates the Bot Instructions field with recommended guidance.

You can use these default instructions as they are or customize them to match your organization's requirements before creating the bot.
