Disabled

The bot will not search your organizational knowledge base.

Use this option when the bot relies entirely on external tools or workflows.

Auto Context

The platform automatically retrieves the most relevant knowledge before generating a response.

This is the recommended option for most knowledge-based assistants.

Agent Decides

Allows the AI Agent to determine when it should search the knowledge base during a conversation.

Choose this option when the bot needs greater flexibility and autonomy.

After updating any Tool settings, click Save Changes.
