Select a Workflow

When Workflow Bot is selected, an additional Workflow field becomes available.

Choose an existing workflow from the dropdown list.

The selected workflow determines how the bot processes user requests and what actions it performs.

Note: Workflows must be created before they can be assigned to a Workflow Bot. Refer to the Workflows section of this documentation for instructions on creating and managing workflows.
