Connecting and Managing Channels

After a channel row exists:

1. Ensure a bot is selected in the Bot Name column.
2. Open the ⋯ Actions menu.
3. Click Connect (or Reconnect if the channel was previously linked).
4. Complete the platform-specific steps (OAuth popup, settings modal, Tenant ID, phone verification, and so on).

For Website (Web) channels, Connect or Edit opens the Web channel settings modal with Security, UI, and Script tabs.

To remove a channel:

1. Open Actions → Delete.
2. Confirm when prompted: Are you sure you want to delete this channel?

Deleting a channel removes the channel configuration from TheBotBuilder. It does not delete your bot or knowledge base.
