Using MCP Tools in Workflows

Inside a workflow:

• Agent nodes can use capabilities available to their selected bot / tool configuration.
• Combine Router nodes with agents that have different MCP tools for specialized paths.
• Prefer webhook/MCP calls for live data (orders, CRM) rather than stuffing facts into prompts.

Save and Run the workflow after attaching tools to validate API calls and error handling.
