Troubleshooting
Widget does not load
- Confirm the embed script is on the page.
- Verify the page domain is in Authorized Origins / Domains.
- Check for browser console errors or content blockers.
Save fails because a host is required
Add at least one authorized origin or domain on the Security tab.
Cloudflare / captcha issues
Use Connect Account or Reconnect Account on the Security tab. If the OAuth popup is blocked, allow popups for TheBotBuilder and try again.
Failed to load channel settings
Refresh the page and reopen Connect/Edit. If the error persists, confirm you still have access to the organization and channel.
Wrong bot answering
Change Bot Name on the Channels row and save, then retest the widget.
