Connecting Microsoft Teams

  1. Go to Configure → Channels.
  2. Click Create, select Teams / Microsoft Teams, choose a Bot, and click Create Channel.
  3. Open Actions → Connect (or Reconnect).
  4. In the Connect Microsoft Teams modal, enter Tenant ID.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Confirm success: Teams channel connected successfully. and Status Connected.

Tip: Find Tenant ID in the Azure portal under Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) → Overview → Tenant ID.
