Review the Bot Instructions

After selecting a template, the Bot Instructions field is automatically populated with predefined instructions.

These instructions tell the AI Assistant:

• How to communicate with users.
• The tone it should use.
• The scope of questions it should answer.
• How to respond when an answer cannot be found.
• What types of information it should avoid generating.

You can edit these instructions at any time before creating the bot to better align with your organization's communication style.

Tip: Keep the instructions clear and specific. Well-written instructions help your AI Assistant deliver more accurate and consistent responses.
