Option 3: Train Using Documents

If your business information is stored in documents rather than on a website, use the File Upload option.

Supported File Types:

TheBotBuilder supports a wide range of document formats, including:

1. PDF
2. DOC
3. DOCX
4. TXT
5. HTML
6. JSON
7. PPT
8. PPTX

Steps:

1. Select File Upload.
2. Enter a descriptive File Name.
3. Choose the appropriate Chunk Size.
4. Click Browse and select your file.
5. Click Ingest File.
6. Wait for the upload to complete.
7. Click Continue.

The uploaded content will be processed and added to your Knowledge Base.
