Overview

Lead configs let you create reusable lead capture forms that your AI bots can use during conversations. Instead of asking ad-hoc questions, you define exactly which fields to collect — such as name, email, phone, or custom data — and how the assistant should ask for them.

Once created, a lead config can be attached to one or more bots from the bot's Lead capture tab.

Open Configure → Lead configs.
