Understanding the Bot Name

The bot name is primarily used for internal management.

It helps you:

• Identify the bot within your dashboard.
• Associate the bot with workflows.
• Connect the bot to communication channels.
• Differentiate between multiple AI assistants.

Note: By default, only members of your organization can see this name. It is not displayed to website visitors unless configured in your chatbot settings.
