Select a Lead Configuration

Choose an existing Lead Config from the dropdown list.

The selected Lead Configuration determines:

• Which information is collected
• When the bot asks for visitor details
• How leads are created
• What happens after a lead is submitted

If no lead collection is required, select:

None – No conversational lead capture
