Missing or invalid Tenant ID

Paste the Directory (tenant) ID exactly from Azure and click Continue again.

Failed to connect Teams channel

Confirm plugin App ID/secret, tenant admin consent, and that the Tenant ID is correct.

No Disconnect button

Use Actions → Delete to remove the channel configuration from TheBotBuilder if you need to start over, then Create and Connect again.
