Edit Bot Settings
Overview
Once a bot has been created, you can update its settings at any time. The Edit Bot page allows you to modify the bot's configuration, adjust its behavior, connect external tools, and enable conversational lead capture.
To edit a bot:
- Navigate to Bots from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the bot you want to edit.
- Click the ⋮ (More Options) menu in the Actions column.
- Select Edit.
The Edit Bot page contains three configuration tabs:
- Basic
- Tool
- Lead Capture
