Overview
TheBotBuilder lets you deploy your AI Assistant across multiple communication platforms so customers and employees can interact through their preferred channel.
Supported channels include:
- Website (Web chat widget)
- Facebook Messenger
- Slack
- Microsoft Teams
- Telegram
Each channel has its own connection flow and authentication requirements. From the Channels page you create a channel row, assign a bot, then complete that platform's Connect steps.
