Bot Name Visibility

The bot name is intended for internal use within your workspace.

By default:

• The name is visible only to members of your organization.
• It helps identify the bot in the Bots, Channels, and Workflows sections.
• It is not displayed to end users unless you explicitly configure it as part of your chatbot interface.

Note: The display name shown to visitors can be customized later when configuring your website chat widget or communication channels.
