Understanding the Channels Table

The Channels table includes these columns:

Type

Shows the channel platform and identity (for example Web, WhatsApp, or Slack).

Bot Name

The AI assistant assigned to this channel. Use the dropdown to select or change the bot. A bot must be selected before most Connect actions will succeed.

Status

Displays Connected or Disconnected for the channel's platform link.

Actions

Opens the ⋯ menu with Connect, Reconnect, Edit (Web), Manage templates (WhatsApp), or Delete, depending on the channel type and connection state.
