Verifying Your WhatsApp Connection

  1. Confirm Status is Connected on the Channels table.
  2. Send a test message to the linked WhatsApp Business number from a personal WhatsApp account.
  3. Confirm the assigned bot replies in Conversations.
  4. If you use templates, open Manage templates and verify templates are available for your use case.
