Understanding File Processing

After Ingest:

1. The file is queued for conversion and indexing.
2. Track progress under the Ingested jobs tab.
3. When status is completed, content becomes available for retrieval (subject to bot RAG settings).
4. Use Refresh on Ingested jobs to update pending/processing rows.

If a job fails, read the Error column and use Retry ingest when available.
