Review the Bot Instructions

When you select an assistant type, TheBotBuilder automatically fills the Bot Instructions field with predefined instructions.

These instructions determine how the AI Assistant responds to users.

You can:

1. Keep the default instructions.
2. Edit the instructions to match your company's communication style.
3. Add additional guidance specific to your business.

The instructions work together with your Knowledge Base to generate accurate and consistent responses.
