Testing the Website Channel

1. Confirm Status shows Connected on the Channels table.
2. Ensure your test page domain is listed under Authorized Origins / Domains.
3. Open Preview from the Script tab, or visit a page that includes the embed script.
4. Send a test message and confirm the assigned bot responds.
5. If Live Agent Option is enabled, verify the agent button label and behavior.

If the widget does not appear, check the browser console, confirm the script is present, and verify the domain allowlist.
