Understanding Workflow Nodes

Control nodes

• Router — branch the flow based on conditions or intent paths
• Loop — repeat a section for batch or iterative processing
• Human Review — pause for manual approval or intervention

Agent nodes

• Agent — run an AI agent with a selected bot / instructions
• Auditor Agent — evaluate conversation quality or compliance criteria

Start and End are always present and are not added from the palette.
