Troubleshooting
My website isn't being indexed
- Make sure the website is publicly accessible.
- Enter only the domain name (for example, example.com).
- Do not include https:// or page paths.
- Verify that your website is online and reachable.
Some pages are missing
Only public pages are indexed. Pages behind a login, password protection, or restricted access will not be included.
I've reached my page limit
If your website exceeds your plan's page limit, either select specific pages to train or upgrade your subscription for a higher indexing allowance.
