Open Ingested jobs to monitor document conversion and indexing.

• Filters: Active, Failed, All
• Click Refresh to check progress
• Columns: Job, Status, Created, Error, Actions

Status badges include: pending, processing, completed, failed, timed_out.

Active covers pending/processing. Failed covers failed/timed_out. Use Retry ingest when the action is available.
