File upload failed / unsupported type

Confirm the file is TXT, JSON, DOC, DOCX, PDF, HTML, PPT, or PPTX and retry Ingest.

Indexing failed / timed_out

Open Ingested jobs → Failed, read Error, then Retry ingest.

Website crawl failed / DNS issues

Complete Verify DNS with the exact Host and Value shown, wait for propagation, then continue. Check statuses like Dns Failed or Failed on Website sources.

Documents not appearing in bot answers

Confirm ingest completed, bot Knowledge Retrieval (RAG) is not Disabled, and content actually answers the question. Re-ingest updated files after major edits.
