Allow popups and click Connect again.

Channel connection failed

Retry Reconnect with a Facebook user that has Page admin access. Confirm the Page is eligible for Messenger.

Permissions incomplete

Re-run Connect and accept all required Messenger permissions.

No bot reply

Confirm Bot Name is set, the bot is Active, and knowledge/workflows are configured.
