Understanding the Leads Dashboard

Leads are created when bots collect information through conversational lead capture (lead configs), widget forms, or admin entry — depending on how your organization captures data.

The dashboard relates:

• Bots — which assistant collected the lead
• Lead configs — which fields were requested (for conversational capture)
• Conversations — the chat history behind the lead
• Source — how the lead was captured (Agent, Widget, or Admin)
