Configuring Lead Fields

Each field row includes:

Field name

Internal identifier used by the system. Prefer reserved names when applicable:

• name
• email
• phone
• phoneNumber

Using these reserved names helps map collected data to standard lead fields.

Label

The question or label presented during collection (for example Full Name or Work Email).

Type

Choose one of:

• string
• number
• boolean

Agent hint

Guidance for the AI on how to collect the field (for example: Ask for the customer's official work email address.).

Required

Enable when the value must be collected before continuing.
