Understanding the Table Columns
1. Name
Displays the name assigned to the AI Assistant.
Choose descriptive names so your team can easily identify each bot.
Examples:
- Customer Support Bot
- Sales Assistant
- HR Assistant
- Product Expert
2. Type
Indicates how the bot is built.
Single Node Bot
A standard AI Assistant that answers questions directly from its Knowledge Base.
Best suited for:
- Customer Support
- FAQs
- Website Chat
- Internal Knowledge
Workflow Bot
A bot that uses workflows to automate business processes and perform multi-step actions.
Best suited for:
- Business Automation
- Lead Qualification
- Internal Operations
- Process Automation
3. Auditor
Shows whether an auditing configuration is attached to the bot.
Possible statuses include:
Attached
An auditor has been configured for this bot.
Not Attached
No auditing configuration has been assigned.
4. Last Modified
Displays the date and time when the bot was last updated.
This helps administrators identify recently edited bots.
5. Status
The Status column indicates whether the bot is currently available for use.
Active
The bot is enabled and can respond to conversations through connected channels.
You can enable or disable a bot using the toggle switch.
Disabling a bot temporarily prevents it from responding while preserving its configuration.
6. Actions
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to access additional management options for the selected bot.
Available actions may include:
- Edit Bot
- Configure Settings
- Manage Knowledge Base
- Delete Bot
- Other bot-specific options
The available options may vary depending on the bot type and your user permissions.
