Step 1: Add Training Content

Overview

Training content forms the foundation of your AI Assistant. During this step, you'll choose how TheBotBuilder should collect the information it uses to answer user questions.

You can train your assistant using one of three methods:

1. Entire Website – Crawl and index all publicly accessible pages on your website.
2. Selected Pages Only – Train the assistant using only specific website pages.
3. File Upload – Upload business documents such as PDFs, Word files, presentations, or text files.

Once the training content has been submitted, TheBotBuilder begins indexing it in the background while you continue with the remaining setup steps.
