Assigning a Lead Config to a Bot

1. Go to Bots and open Edit on the bot.
2. Open the Lead capture tab.
3. Under Conversational lead capture, choose a Lead config (search with Search lead configs...).
4. To disable capture, select None — no conversational lead capture.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. Test the conversation flow end to end.

You can also use View in library or Create lead config links from this tab when you need a new configuration.
